Christina Cece, the Principal of the Cece Law has been a solicitor for 11 years developing a wide range of experience in commercial and criminal matters focused mainly on Court action.
For the past three years, Christina has worked mainly in acquisitions and resumptions involving property takings for infrastructure projects situated on the Coomera Connector, Ipswich to Springfield Rail Corridor, Lawnton Park, Inland Rail, as well as some other smaller projects.
Pas Cece has worked as a solicitor for almost 40 years with the last 14 years practicing only in acquisitions and resumptions.
Pas identified an emerging niche in land resumptions in 2006 and has since acted for many clients whose properties and business have been affected by such diverse projects as the: Northern Busway; Airportlink; Eastern Busway; South Eastern Busway along the Pacific Motorway; various stages of the Pacific Motorway Upgrades; Cross River Rail Project including city commercial Albert-Charlotte Street precinct for the new Albert St Rail Station; Redcliffe Rail Line; Southern Rail Freight Corridor and Inland Rail; Gold Coast Light Rail; Burpengary High School, West End State School expansion and the Dutton Park vertical high school – as well as a myriad of smaller projects throughout Queensland.
